Area under the receiver operating characteristic curves (AUC) statistic for significance test. Variance and covariance of AUC values used to assess the 95% Confidence interval (CI) and p-value of the AUC difference for both nested and non-nested model.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
