R^2 measure of explained variation under the semiparametric additive hazards model is estimated. The measure can be used as a measure of predictive capability and therefore it can be adopted in model selection process. Rava, D. and Xu, R. (2020) arXiv:2003.09460.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-R2Addhaz

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
