The QRI_func() function performs quantile regression analysis using age and sex as predictors to calculate the Quantile Regression Index (QRI) score for each individual’s regional brain imaging metrics and then averages across the regional scores to generate an average tissue specific score for each subject. The QRI_plot() is used to plot QRI and generate the normative curves for individual measurements.

Install

install.packages("QRIpkg", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-QRIpkg

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
