This is an implementation of the partial profile score feature selection (PPSFS) approach to generalized linear (interaction) models. The PPSFS is highly scalable even for ultra-high-dimensional feature space. See the paper by Xu, Luo and Chen (2022) doi:10.4310/21-SII706.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from paradoxical-rhapsody/PPSFS. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-PPSFS

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
