The 'NetCoupler' algorithm identifies potential direct effects of correlated, high-dimensional variables formed as a network with an external variable. The external variable may act as the dependent/response variable or as an independent/predictor variable to the network.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from NetCoupler/NetCoupler. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
