Fits a Bayesian Regression Model for multivariate count data. This model assumes that the data is distributed according to the Conway-Maxwell-Poisson distribution, and for each response variable it is associate different covariates. This model allows to account for correlations between the counts by using latent effects based on the Chib and Winkelmann (2001) http://www.jstor.org/stable/1392277 proposal.

Install

install.packages("MultRegCMP", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-MultRegCMP

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
