The 1001 time series from the M-competition (Makridakis et al. 1982) DOI:10.1002/for.3980010202 and the 3003 time series from the IJF-M3 competition (Makridakis and Hibon, 2000) DOI:10.1016/S0169-2070(00)00057-1.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from robjhyndman/Mcomp. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-Mcomp

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
