Calculates the Most Probable Number (MPN) to quantify the concentration (density) of microbes in serial dilutions of a laboratory sample (described in Jarvis, 2010 doi:10.1111/j.1365-2672.2010.04792.x). Also calculates the Aerobic Plate Count (APC) for similar microbial enumeration experiments.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-MPN

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
