Provides tools for evaluating and ranking missing value imputation methods using proper scoring rules. Implements the Energy-I-Score and the DR-I-Score for the assessment of deterministic, stochastic and multiple imputation methods for numerical and mixed datasets, following Näf et al. (2022) doi:10.48550/arXiv.2106.03742 and Näf et al. (2025) doi:10.48550/arXiv.2507.11297.

Install

install.packages("Iscores", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-Iscores

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
