Boxplots adapted to the happenstance of missing observations where drop-out probabilities can be given by the practitioner or modelled using auxiliary covariates. The paper of "Zhang, Z., Chen, Z., Troendle, J. F. and Zhang, J.(2012) doi:10.1111/j.1541-0420.2011.01712.x", proposes estimators of marginal quantiles based on the Inverse Probability Weighting method.

Install

install.packages("IPWboxplot", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-IPWboxplot

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
