The IDetect provides efficient implementation of the ID methodology for the consistent estimation of the number and location of multiple change-points in one-dimensional data sequences from the `deterministic + noise' model. Currently implemented scenarios are: piecewise-constant signal, piecewise-constant signal with a heavy-tailed noise, continuous piecewise-linear signal, continuous piecewise-linear signal with a heavy-tailed noise.

Install

install.packages("IDetect", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-IDetect

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
