Receives two vectors, computes appropriate function for group comparison (i.e., t-test, Mann-Whitney; equality of variances), and reports the findings (mean/median, standard deviation, test statistic, p-value, effect size) in APA format (Fay, M.P., & Proschan, M.A. (2010)<DOI: 10.1214/09-SS051>).

Install

install.packages("GroupComparisons", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-GroupComparisons

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
