Utilities for common medical-statistics graphics and tables, including automatic creation of publication-ready "Table 1" summaries; transition (Sankey) plots; flow-chart helpers that extend the grid package; Bézier lines and arrows; and a singular-value-decomposition- based variable-selection method.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from gforge/Gmisc. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
