Contains the development of a tool that provides a web-based graphical user interface (GUI) to perform Techniques from a subset of spatial statistics known as geographically weighted (GW) models. Contains methods described by Brunsdon et al., 1996 doi:10.1111/j.1538-4632.1996.tb00936.x, Brunsdon et al., 2002 doi:10.1016/s0198-9715(01)00009-6, Harris et al., 2011 doi:10.1080/13658816.2011.554838, Brunsdon et al., 2007 doi:10.1111/j.1538-4632.2007.00709.x.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from JavierDeLaHoz/GeoWeightedModel. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-GeoWeightedModel

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
