A series of functions to generate a pedigree around a given person with a known genetic mutation, based on US census data. Pedigree will also track mutation status of all members. Pedigree is built down to children, back to grandparents, and out to cousins. There is also a function to generate pedigrees without genetic mutations.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from katelynqueen98/GenerateIndexPedigree. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
