This General Regression Neural Networks Package uses various distance functions. It was motivated by Specht (1991, ISBN:1045-9227), and updated from previous published paper Li et al. (2016) doi:10.1016/j.palaeo.2015.11.005. This package includes various functions, although "euclidean" distance is used traditionally.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-GRNNs

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
