A collection of datasets essential for functional genomic analysis. Gene names, gene positions, cytoband information, sourced from Ensembl and phenotypes association graph prepared from GWAScatalog are included. Data is available in both GRCh37 and 38 builds. These datasets facilitate a wide range of genomic studies, including the identification of genetic variants, exploration of genomic features, and post-GWAS functional analysis.

Install

install.packages("FGRepo", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-FGRepo

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
