A structured profile likelihood algorithm for the logistic fixed effects model and an approximate expectation maximization (EM) algorithm for the logistic mixed effects model. Based on He, K., Kalbfleisch, J.D., Li, Y. and Li, Y. (2013) doi:10.1007/s10985-013-9264-6.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from umich-biostatistics/FEprovideR. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
