Implements the Mode Jumping Markov Chain Monte Carlo algorithm described in doi:10.1016/j.csda.2018.05.020 and its Genetically Modified counterpart described in doi:10.1613/jair.1.13047 as well as the sub-sampling versions described in doi:10.1016/j.ijar.2022.08.018 for flexible Bayesian model selection and model averaging.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from jonlachmann/FBMS. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-FBMS

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
