A plot overlying the niche of multiple species is obtained: 1) to determine the niche conditions which favor a higher species richness, 2) to create a box plot with the range of environmental variables of the species, 3) to obtain a list of species in an area of the niche selected by the user and, 4) to estimate niche overlap among the species.

install.packages("EnvNicheR", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-EnvNicheR

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
