Tools to fit Mixture Cure Rate models via the Expectation-Maximization (EM) algorithm, allowing for flexible link functions in the cure component and various survival distributions in the latency part. The package supports user-specified link functions, includes methods for parameter estimation and model diagnostics, and provides residual analysis tailored for cure models. Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-EMGCR

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
