Provides tools for dataset operations and utilities designed to preserve data history within EFSA's ad hoc data collections. It also imports packages developed by EFSA that provide additional support for data collection activities.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from openefsa/EFSATools. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-EFSATools

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
