Detect abrupt changes in time series with local fluctuations as a random walk process and autocorrelated noise as an AR(1) process. See Romano, G., Rigaill, G., Runge, V., Fearnhead, P. (2021) doi:10.1080/01621459.2021.1909598.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from gtromano/DeCAFS. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-DeCAFS

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
