Orders a data-set consisting of an ensemble of probability density functions on the same x-grid. Visualizes a box-plot of these functions based on the notion of distance determined by the user. Reports outliers based on the distance chosen and the scaling factor for an interquartile range rule. For further details, see: Alexander C. Murph et al. (2023). Install

install.packages("DeBoinR", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-DeBoinR

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
