Statistical methods for DNA mixture analysis. This package is a lite-version of the 'DNAmixtures' package to allow users without a 'HUGIN' software license to experiment with the statistical methodology. While the lite-version aims to provide the full functionality it is noticeably less efficient than the original 'DNAmixtures' package. Install

R (CRAN)Ubuntu (r2u)openSUSE (OBS)

install.packages("DNAmixturesLite", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

sudo apt install -y r-cran-dnamixtureslite

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

# add the autoCRAN OBS repo (Tumbleweed) if it is missing, then install
