Differential Analysis of short RNA transcripts that can be modeled by either Poisson or Negative binomial distribution. The statistical methodology implemented in this package is based on the random selection of references genes (Desaulle et al. (2021) arXiv:2103.09872).

Install

install.packages("DArand", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-DArand

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
