Implements the iterated RMCD method of Cerioli (2010) for multivariate outlier detection via robust Mahalanobis distances. Also provides the finite-sample RMCD method discussed in the paper, as well as the methods provided in Hardin and Rocke (2005) doi:10.1198/106186005X77685 and Green and Martin (2017) https://christopherggreen.github.io/papers/hr05_extension.pdf. Install

install.packages("CerioliOutlierDetection", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-CerioliOutlierDetection

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
