Covariate-augumented generalized factor model is designed to account for cross-modal heterogeneity, capture nonlinear dependencies among the data, incorporate additional information, and provide excellent interpretability while maintaining high computational efficiency.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from feiyoung/CMGFM. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-CMGFM

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
