Implements computationally-efficient construction of confidence intervals from permutation or randomization tests for simple differences in means, based on Nguyen (2009) doi:10.15760/etd.7798.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from ColbyStatSvyRsch/CIPerm. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
