Allows users to seamlessly query several 'CDC PLACES' APIs (https://data.cdc.gov/browse?q=PLACES%20&sortBy=relevance) by geography, state, measure, and release year. This package also contains a function to explore the available measures for each release year.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from brendensm/CDCPLACES. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
