Implements a modified Newton-type algorithm (BSW algorithm) for solving the maximum likelihood estimation problem in fitting a log-binomial model under linear inequality constraints.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-BSW

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
