An interface to Azure Cognitive Services https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cognitive-services/. Both an 'Azure Resource Manager' interface, for deploying Cognitive Services resources, and a client framework are supplied. While 'AzureCognitive' can be called by the end-user, it is meant to provide a foundation for other packages that will support specific services, like Computer Vision, Custom Vision, language translation, and so on. Part of the 'AzureR' family of packages.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from Azure/AzureCognitive. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-AzureCognitive

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
