Enables gene regulatory network (GRN) analysis on single cell clusters, using the GRN analysis software 'ANANSE', Xu et al.(2021) doi:10.1093/nar/gkab598. Export data from 'Seurat' objects, for GRN analysis by 'ANANSE' implemented in 'snakemake'. Finally, incorporate results for visualization and interpretation.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from JGASmits/AnanseSeurat. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
