Interactive graphical user interface (GUI) for the package 'AdhereR', allowing the user to access different data sources, to explore the patterns of medication use therein, and the computation of various measures of adherence. It is implemented using Shiny and HTML/CSS/JavaScript.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from ddediu/AdhereR. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
