Provides statistical tools to analyze heterogeneous effects of rare variants within genes that are associated with multiple traits. The package implements methods for assessing pleiotropic effects and identifying allelic heterogeneity, which can be useful in large-scale genetic studies. Install

install.packages("ALLSPICER", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
